She is a nationally syndicated columnist and author of many books including Fanatics and Fools and How to Overthrow the Government. She holds a master’s degree in economics from Cambridge University. Her column appears in newspapers across the country, including The Los Angeles Times and New York Daily News. In 2007 Arianna saw the importance of getting adequate sleep and collapsed due to exhaustion. This dramatic experience brought her to focus her life on sleep health.
She was rejected 37 times while looking for a publisher for her book. She bravely attained a loan and found a publisher on her 38th attempt.
Arianna wrote her first book at the age of 22, the Female Woman which was advocated for equal rights and opportunities for women.
She was the voice of Arianna in Seth McFarlane’s animated series The Cleveland Show.
